Scalia Racism, Legislating from the bench, stuns Country.

While is seems I've taken a few days off, I've actually been gathering a whole bunch of clips and editing like crazy, documenting Justice Scalia's racist statements about the Voting Rights Act, and the commentary that followed.

Except for most tea party Republicans, everybody else seemed to get this one. There were so many great responses to Scalia's activist attempt to legislate from the bench, that I'll let the pundits speak for me. There are a lot of clips, but hey, this was a turning point in our country. A chilling moment to be sure.
