...or did the party of "courage" and "leadership" just take a pass on "making the difficult decisions" on spending cuts? Like the 2010 GOP candidates and the Romney/Ryan ticket, Republicans don't have a detailed plan. Are conservative voters just a little curious about those austere cuts to social programs?
