Recall Voter Fraud a risk Van Hollen takes Seriously. Seriously?

It’s taken me awhile to get to this story, but I couldn’t get it out of my head. Voter fraud has been raised from the ashes of so many false premises created by the right wing.

Who would risk committing a felony to vote under someone else’s name? In the paranoid world of conservatism, it happens more often than anyone can imagine or document. Imagine is the key word here.
WSJ: Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen says he is very concerned about voter fraud as six recall elections near, including one targeting fellow Republican, Gov. Scott Walker. Van Hollen says voter fraud is always a risk and he has no reason to believe it's any less of a concern in the recalls.
