Prosser's Irrational behavior should start scaring everyone...

Okay, this is weird. Try and follow this; State Supreme Court Justice David Prosser wants everyone on the court to recuse themselves from deciding his penalty, because they witnesses him choking another justice.

But today, Prosser devised a scheme to ask the two of the more liberal justices to recuse themselves instead, leaving the conservative majority to decide his fate. WKOW:

jsonline: State Supreme Court Justice David Prosser asked Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson and Justice Ann Walsh Bradley to step aside in his ethics case Thursday in filings that accused Bradley of conducting a public-relations campaign against him.

Prosser said in his filings that Bradley had to recuse herself because of her involvement in the incident and that Abrahamson had to recuse herself because she witnessed it and is biased against him. All but one justice witnessed the altercation, and Prosser has said he will ask all members of the court to recuse themselves.
