Even Scott Walker, with every negative description possible, can’t keep retirees from a Wisconsin city that bests wealthy Waukesha, Pewaukee, Brookfield and Mequon. Oh well, any publicity is good publicity...thank you Scott Walker?

WSJ: Madison has been selected by Where to Retire magazine as one of eight top retirement cities in the Midwest. The city will be profiled in the May/June issue available April 17.

Each year, 700,000 Americans relocate to retire. Where to Retire magazine has a national circulation of 200,000.
