"Common Sense" vs the Constitution and Environment.

Did you see the loophole in the state constitution that allows “common sense” ideas to be passed into law without legal challenge? It must be there someplace.

Check out these two recent comments, the first made by WMCPresident/CEO Kurt Bauer:
“In the aftermath of the vote last week to reject the common sense mining reforms…”
The second comment:
Walker spokesman Cullen Werwie said requiring photo ID to vote was a key way to protect the integrity of elections. "It's a shame activist Dane County judges continue to stand in the way of common sense," his statement said.
Just a coincidence? Imagine how much better off we’d all be with a little conservative “common sense.” Who knows, maybe someday, we’ll find out.
