I thought this reference to business uncertainty was a bit ironic, because it appears a wealthy developer's plans for a section of Madison's State Street is throwing small business owners into limbo.
Uncertainty in the market place was once considered normal, but now thanks to the constant drum beat of the political right, that's no longer the case. Ayn Rand and Milton Friedman must be rolling over in their graves. Channel3000:
