Trying to End a government shutdown by negotiating with a Republican Party that wants to shutdown the government. What’s wrong with this picture?

Star Tribune:
Minnesota's 20-day state government shutdown ended this morning, as lawmakers cast their final votes on the state’s budget and Gov. Mark Dayton signed the bills.
The test case for Democrats failed, and so did the hope that Republicans could be stopped...ever.

You can’t keep the government from collapsing when the Republicans are swinging the wrecking ball, and they win if they’re allowed to end government services by never compromising.

Sociolpathic personalities are pretty much unmoved by the consequences of their actions.
