The Redistricting Rush to One Party Gold.

Someone told me once that because the Republicans will never be able to win the war ideas, they have to win by any other means necessary. If voters knew what the new wave of GOP governors had in mind, they never would have voted for them.

The 2010 elections came and went without questioning Republicans about what their specific plans were to create jobs and bring the economy back. Candidates appeared on conservative friendly radio a TV shows that never probed deeper than tax cuts.

Now that they're in power, and not very popular, they're passing voter ID laws and gerrymandering their districts to secure reelection, or at least give them the edge.
