Activist Conservative Supreme Court, and Justice David Prosser, Overturn Judge Sumi

Wisconsin State Journal reporter Mary Spicuzza:  Wisconsin Supreme Court has voided Judge Sumi's ruling against the state's collective bargaining law, meaning the law is in effect.


Not much of a surprise, since the Fitzgerald's pretty much couldn't hide their excitement ballyhooing the need for the Supreme Court's decision today. They knew. This was similar to the Prosser campaign holding off their demand for a recall before the discovery of the Brookfield votes. Something suspicious? Of course. 


Funny how conservative activism on the Supreme court is a justification of their authoritarian overreach. Justice Prosser, and the courts jester Michael Gableman, could not have been more obvious they believed the legislature is above the law. Rules don't matter. I have never seen anything like this. The court has ordered the publication of the law.


If I were in the legislature, I would have a list of Republican procedures, and promise to follow their blueprint once the Democrats gain control of the legislature.  It's all legal and apparently not unethical.
