Always on the look out for a moment of conservative clarity, I thought this comment from Gov. Scott Walker put the whole Republican Party's vision of America in full view.
Recessionomics! That's what I call it. Walker clearly states that if it were him, his economic plan at the beginning of the recession would have been to bring our lifestyle, services and budget down to crash levels. The new norm and the new recessionomic policy.
Under Walker's logic; If things are bad now, and stay that way, then the state won't have to make those devastating cuts again. But Walker's new normal is also the new starting point for slashing, if once again, another Republican recession occurs.
