Teacher Lunches Axed in Portage?

I'm not a legal expert, so the contract section of the agreement between the school board and the Portage Education Association may be addressed elsewhere, but I didn't find it after reviewing the whole document. If I'm not mistaken, teachers no longer will have parent teacher conferences and lunch breaks:

UPDATE: The school board has called a meeting after realizing there might be state and federal laws requiring breaks and lunch after working a certain number of hours. Doh!
