Wealthy elitist conservative "Americans for Prosperity's" Tim Phillips ran into the Chris Matthews buzz saw on the horrific taunting of a man with Parkinson's disease.
Matthews asked Phillips to describe "that guys spirit," why that guy was so angry toward a man sitting on the ground asking for help.
