For a war time president, the Republican Party sure has a hard time showing the same respect they had for Bush when it comes to Barack Obama. The bumbling Republican chair in Wisconsin, Reince Priebus, offers a less than stellar critique of one of this centuries most important speeches.
What most in the media seems to be missing is that the petitions, town halls and calls to say no are based on a long list of fictional issues that are not in any of the bills written so far. If protesters were arguing real points of disagreement, they might have a leg to stand on.
The conservative contingent discredited themselves from the start waving swastika's and disrupting speakers. It's unfortunate they wasted all that time and energy on sheer fantasy.

astonishing to me that the President had the audacity to call a Joint Session of Congress simply to repeat his worn-out talking points.
The American people deserve a new plan, rather than a scolding, from a President who is threatening to upend the most innovative
health care system in the world. It’s crystal clear and profoundly disappointing that President Obama hasn’t been listening to the demands of the millions of Americans who have signed petitions, attended town hall meetings, and called on their elected officials to say no to any plans that take us closer to government-run health care.
