How crazy are the Republicans in Congress? They are crazy loco enough to claim San Francisco rats will be receiving $30 million in stimulus money so they can get employment, dress well, wear flip flops and sun glasses so they can go to Sausalito for lunch. God I wish I were kidding.
Rep. Jack Kingston appears to have watched too many singing animal cartoons when he was young. I always thought that critter animation would someday come back to haunt us.
