Rachel Maddow not only takes a look at the possible mandate Barack Obama may have earned in this historic election, but she talks to former moderate Republican Sen. Lincoln Chafee, who offers a straight forward eulogy of the failed conservative platform. It's really the best summation I've heard to date.
