"The Pentagon memorial will stand as an everlasting tribute to 184 innocent souls who perished on these grounds," Bush said.

… I will not forget under whose watch and responsibility the attacks took place.

The idea that George W. Bush has protected anyone in this country, is an imagined political marketing image, and a cynical attempt to rewrite history.
