Obama Overload? Only in America Can We Know too Much About A Presidential Candidate

I'm going to take a little break here, after posting this story, to muster up enough energy again to think this and every other blog matters. As we all attempt to be an informed citizenry, this recent poll reflects a fresh dose of reality as to where the public is on the issues. I can't help but wonder if the vacuous attacks by the McCain campaign is wearing the public down.

According to AP: Barack Obama may be the fresh face in this year's presidential election, but nearly half say they're already tired of hearing about him, a poll says ... 48 percent said they're hearing too much about the Democratic candidate, according to the Pew Research Center. Just 26 percent said the same about his Republican rival, John McCain.

Two-thirds of Republicans and about half of independents said they've heard too much about Obama, as did a third of Democrats, a significant number.
