Yes, there is quite a difference between a Democrat, who understands 70 percent of the economy depends on consumer demand. Republicans, who oddly believe supply side tax breaks somehow makes the economy even more "robust," don't give a hoot about buying the things businesses make:

After Jon Ossoff came out in support of a minimum wage increase to bring it to a livable wage, Karen Handel said:
"This is an example of the fundamental difference between a liberal and a conservative. I do not support a livable wage. What I support is making sure we have an economy that is robust, with low taxes and less regulation..."
But Karen Handel would also let her sister, who has a serious preexisting condition, struggle and eventually lose her health insurance coverage because she believes the nonsense her party is spinning.
