Political Trends Favor Democrats, but Gerrymandering Delays Change.

Locking in a party majority through district gerrymandering is a problem. But depending on whether you're a Republican or Democrat, you like or hated the current process of redistricting.

If nothing changes, we're stuck with one party, whether they fail or not, because most voters would never think of voting for the opposition.
