Vos just noticed; businesses are looking to increase efficiency...by cutting staff.

Rep. Robin Vos is bully by default, because he’s doesn't learn quickly on his feet, so what he doesn't get right away he’ll joke about or make fun of.

At the Milwaukee Press Club I’ll bet he made a few people wonder if this guys all together or not.
Biz Journal: Assembly Speaker Robin Vos distanced himself — ever-so-slightly — from Gov. Scott Walker’s pledge to create 250,000 private-sector jobs in the state by early 2015.

Vos said achieving the goal will be really difficult and the state government’s ability to drive job growth is limited in today’s economy.
I’ll bet those states that are adding jobs aren't quite coming to that should shrugging conclusion. Oh sure Robin, it’s like that everywhere.

Vos is slowly learning the lessons of the Great Recession. Businesses cut back then, and they're still cutting back. Heck, maybe Walker will catch on to the obvious someday as well:
The biggest challenge to Walker’s goal is that most businesses are looking to increase efficiency these days by cutting staff, Vos said.
Vos is just finding this out.
